If you stay with us for more than 7 or 28 nights

you can enjoy a discount of 10% or 20% respectively.
All prices per holiday cottage/night for a maximum of 2 persons (minimum stay of 3 nights)

The final cleaning is included in the price.

Please select your desired travel dates and send off the booking request. We will contact you as soon as possible by email and send a booking confirmation.

How to pay my bill?
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 50% of the total price is due. You can easily transfer this amount to one of our bank accounts – a German and a Portuguese one. Bank details can be found in the booking confirmation.
How is the cancellation policy?

As cancellations are unpleasant, for both of us, following conditions apply:
3 months until 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 25%
1 month until 4 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%
3 days before arrival/late arrival/early departure/No Show, the cancellation fee is 100%
A cancellation needs to be made in writing and confirmed by us.
